⊹ General :

- All illustrations used in the graphics must be provided by the client, the artist does not work with illustrations.- After confirmation, communication is preferably done via discord. You can also stay on vgen to get updates and ask questions if you prefer.- Requests for new services, availability or quotes must be formalized via vgen.- Editable PSD files are offered as an optional add-on in the initial form.- PSDs are not included by default and must be requested early, as they require prep, organization, and formatting. If requested during or after delivery, the usual 50% PSD fee increases to 100% or more due to extra restructuring work.- Final delivery comes in a .RAR file with all assets included in the service.- The artist's portfolio is public and should be reviewed before commissioning.

⊹ Deadlines :

- Standard projects: 1 week to 1 month.- Larger/multi-service projects: 2 to 3 months depending on scope.- If a rescheduling is needed, the artist will ask and notify you in advance.- The artist always strives to meet deadlines, but unexpected issues may occur. Refunds are not automatic in case of delays, unless formally requested, as the artist always prioritizes delivering commissions on time, but unforeseen events may happen.- Flexible deadlines allow the artist to deliver higher quality results, so commissions may take longer as the artist uses the full allowed time to ensure the best possible outcome.- Urgent requests can be prioritized with an extra fee.

⊹ Project Pausing :

- If the client takes over 15 days to reply or approve steps, the project may be paused.- After 30 days with no contact, it will be marked as abandoned. Resuming the project may require an extra fee.

⊹ Use of A.I :

- You are NOT ALLOWED to use any wip preview or delivered files as input or training material for AI tools.- This includes uploading to AI datasets, generating new images based on the artist's work, or altering the artwork using AI.

⊹ Cancellations :

The artist has the right to decline or cancel projects if:- The client is abusive or disrespectful such as: talking about personal things, not asked by the artist or mentioned during a feedback update where the artist would just like to receive the client's opinion.
- Aggressive messages, excessive pressure or manipulation regarding deadlines will not be tolerated.- The client requests extra service or extra work (like a new extra design not mentioned by the client previously) not included in the paid scope.- The client requests crucial things for the project outside the artist’s style or service list (like detailed backgrounds or illustrations).No refunds will be issued if cancellation is due to incompatible or excessive out-of-scope requests.- Requests outside the agreed scope, price or style will not be accepted.

⊹ Refunds :

- A full refund (100%) of the amount paid will only be issued if the project has not been started.- Once the project has begun, refunds will not be 100%. Depending on how much work has been completed, the refund amount will typically range between 35% and 45% of the amount paid.
